CSR seminar
On Tuesday, 17 March, the British Embassy brought together representatives of the corporate sector in Romania, their partner NGOs and the media to address the impact of the economic downturn on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes.
The participants presented case studies and exchanged best practice and opinions to identify solutions for a strategic approach to CSR programmes in the current financial climate. 'CSR programmes deserve all the effort! Despite the existing limited resources, individual efforts can be smaller if the number of contributions increases', Ambassador Robin Barnett said in the opening of the seminar.
